Ingredients
- 32 (½-inch-thick) slices DOLE® Bananas
- 16 DOLE® Blackberries
- 16 DOLE® Green Grapes
- 4 large DOLE® Strawberries, quartered
- 16 (4-inch) bamboo skewers
- 4 (3-compartment) bento-style lunch boxes
- 8 slices sharp Cheddar cracker cuts, quartered
- 4 slices lower sodium turkey deli slices, halved crosswise then quartered lengthwise
- 4 slices 100% whole wheat bread, crusts removed, halved crosswise then halved lengthwise
- 1 cup banana trail mix
Directions
1. Thread 1 piece each banana, blackberry, grape and strawberry onto each skewer; repeating banana once. Makes 16 skewers.
2. Fill lunch boxes by dividing cheese and turkey into 1 compartment, bread and skewers into 1 compartment and trail mix into remaining compartment; cover with lids and refrigerate up to 1 day.
Tips & Tricks
Use a 2-inch heart cookie cutter to cut out hearts from cheese and bread.
