Banana Chips
Ingredients
- Vegan nonstick cooking spray
- 2 large, firm DOLE® Bananas, peeled
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (from 1 DOLE® Lemon)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 200°F; spray rimmed baking pan with cooking spray. Slice bananas crosswise diagonally into ⅛-inch-thick slices; dip in lemon juice.
2. Place bananas in single layer on prepared pan; bake 3½ hours or until crisp, turning once. Transfer bananas to wire rack; cool completely.
