Apple-Pineapple Pico de Gallo
Ingredients
- 1 medium DOLE® Green Apple, cored and chopped
- ½ medium red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup chopped DOLE® Pineapple
- ½ cup chopped DOLE® Red Onion
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ (16 oz.) bag no salt added blue corn tortilla chips
Directions
- Toss apple, pepper, pineapple, onion, lime juice, cilantro, oil and salt in a medium bowl; serve with tortilla chips. Makes about 4 cups.
