Banana Berry Snow Flurry
Ingredients
- 2 ripe DOLE® Bananas, peeled, cut crosswise into thirds and frozen
- 1¼ cups hulled and halved DOLE® Strawberries, frozen
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 teaspoons honey
- ½ cup fat free whipped topping, thawed if necessary
Directions
- Purée bananas, strawberries, milk and honey in a blender on high until smooth. Makes about 3 cups.
- Divide banana mixture into 4 glasses; top with whipped topping.
Tips & tricks
Peel and freeze ripe bananas to have on hand for using in this recipe as well as smoothies and baking.
Try topping flurry with unsweetened coconut flakes, chopped strawberries and/or your favorite nuts.
