Crunchy Banana Roll
Ingredients
- 1 cup low fat granola
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed, toasted
- ¼ cup unsalted almond butter
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 4 medium DOLE® Bananas, peeled
- ¼ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- ½ cup DOLE® Blueberries
- ¼ cup DOLE® Blackberries
- ¼ cup DOLE® Raspberries
- 4 mint sprigs for garnish
Directions
1. Stir granola and flaxseed in a wide, shallow dish. Stir almond butter and honey in a small bowl.
2. Spread bananas with almond butter mixture; roll in granola mixture. Makes 4 banana rolls.
3. Serve banana rolls with yogurt and berries garnished with mint.
