How do you pick cauliflower?
Cauliflower is available at the grocery store in the familiar white variety and occasionally in purple or green varieties. Select a cauliflower that is white or creamy in color, firm and heavy with bright green leaves. The cauliflower size of head does not reflect the product quality.
How do you prepare cauliflower?
Versatile cauliflower can be served warm or cold and is a great addition to many of your favorite recipes. Wash and remove leaves and woody stem. Leave whole or break into florets.
How do you store cauliflower?
Store unwashed cauliflower in plastic bag in refrigerator vegetable crisper or drawer away from fruits for up to 5 days.
