Peanut Butter Banana Pops

Fun and easy treat to make with the whole family.

Ingredients 6


ripe DOLE Banana
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
24  vanilla wafer cookies
12  lollipop sticks
3 (4 oz) white chocolate baking bars
  rainbow sprinkles




Line sheet pan with wax or parchment paper; set aside.


1 ripe DOLE Banana
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter 
24 vanilla wafer cookies
12 lollipop sticks


Slice bananas in 1/8-inch slices.  Spread small amount of peanut butter on each side of the vanilla wafer.  Place banana slice on one wafer, place lollipop stick in center of banana.  Top with additional wafer to form a sandwich.  Fill edges with additional peanut butter and smooth.  Chill at least one hour. 


3 (4 oz.) white chocolate baking bars
Rainbow sprinkles


Melt white chocolate according to package instructions.  Pour melted chocolate over pops, coating both sides, gently shaking off excess chocolate.  Lay pop on prepared sheet pan, and decorate with rainbow sprinkles.  Chill additional 10 minutes or until chocolate has hardened; serve.
