Decadent fudgy brownies with a banana bite.

Ingredients 9


1 box (about 1lb.) brownie mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
3 extra ripe  DOLE® Banana(s), peeled, chopped
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 tub (8 oz) thawed whipping topping
  caramel sauce
15  maraschino cherries with stems




Preheat oven to 350°F.  Spray a 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.


1 box (about 1 lb.) brownie mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
3 extra ripe DOLE? Bananas, chopped
1/4 cup chopped pecans 


Combine brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water in medium bowl.  Whisk until all ingredients are well incorporated.  Fold in bananas and pecans.



Pour brownie batter into prepared baking dish.  Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.  Allow to cool completely.


1 tub (8 oz.) thawed whipped topping
Caramel sauce (optional)
15 maraschino cherries with stems


Spread whipped topping over cooled brownies.  Decorate with caramel sauce and cherries, if desired.
