Sweet treat to beat the heat!

Ingredients 4


2 extra ripe DOLE® Banana(s), pureed
1 pkg. (4 servings) instant vanilla pudding
1-3/4 cups ALMOND BREEZE® Vanilla Almond Milk, unsweetened
1/4 cup (optional) mini-chocolate chips, chopped nuts or other mix in



2 extra ripe DOLE® Bananas, mashed
1 pkg. (4 servings) instant vanilla pudding 
1-3/4 cups ALMOND BREEZE® Vanilla Almond Milk, unsweetened
1/4 cup mini-chocolate chips, chopped nuts or crushed vanilla wafers (optional)


Combine banana, pudding mix, almond milk in a medium bowl.  Blend until well combined.  Allow to thicken for 5 to 10 minutes.  Fold in mini-chocolate chips or other desired mix-in.



Pour mixture equally into popsicle mold or small plastic cups.  Place on tray and freeze about 1 hour or until partially set.



Insert 1 wooden stick into center of each cup; freeze 2 hours longer or until firm.
