Whoopies à la banane et au Dulce de Leche

Ingredients 6


4 (2-1/2 tasses) bananes DOLE très mûres, écrasées et séparées
1 boîte préparation à gâteau doré
1/2 tasse huile végétale
1 boîte (13.4 oz) Dulce de Leche au caramel
au besoin  Sucre en poudre




Préchauffer le four à 350 °F. Recouvrir une plaque à biscuit de papier parchemin.



Mélanger 3 bananes écrasées, la préparation à « gâteau doré », les œufs et l'huile dans un moyen bol. Fouetter jusqu'à ce que tous les ingrédients soient bien intégrés.



Déposer le mélange en petites portions (1 cuillère à soupe) sur la plaque à biscuits. Cuire au four 12 à 14 minutes ou jusqu'à ce que le bord des biscuits soit doré et d’apparence sèche.



Mélanger la banane restante et le Dulce de Leche dans un petit bol. 
Assemblez les whoopies en garnissant un côté de biscuit du mélange formé de la banane et du Dulce de Leche (1 à 2 cuillères à thé). Puis refermer, tel un sandwich, avec un autre biscuit. Saupoudrer de sucre en poudre, au goût.
