Classic Waldorf salad in a vinaigrette dressing

Ingredients 10


1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
3 medium DOLE® Granny Smith Apples, thinly sliced
 to taste Salt and ground pepper
1-1/4 cups DOLE Red Grapes, halved
1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
1/2 cup DOLE Celery, thinly sliced
6 leaves DOLE Butter Lettuce leaves



1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard


Combine vinegar, oil, honey and mustard in small bowl


Salt and ground black pepper, to taste


Season with salt


3 medium DOLE Granny Smith Apples, thinly sliced
1-1/4 cups DOLE Red Grapes, halved
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
1/2 cup DOLE Celery, thinly sliced


Stir together apples, grapes, walnuts and celery in medium bowl.


6 DOLE Butter Lettuce leaves


Divide evenly on butter lettuce leaves and serve.
