A quick and easy lunch, both fresh and delicious. Also nutritious.

Ingredients 8


pita bread
1/3 cup lite ranch dressing
4 oz. light Swiss or Jarlsberg cheese, slices cut in 1/2
8 oz. deli turkey, sliced
cucumber slices
strawberry tomatoes, halved
3 cups DOLE® Greener Selection®
2 tablespoons sesame seed



4 pita breads


Cut pita breads in half, and gently pry open the pockets using fingers or small knife.


4 tsp lite ranch dressing
4 oz sliced light Swiss or Jarlsberg cheese, each
slice cut in half
8 oz sliced deli turkey
4 cucumber slices
8 strawberry tomatoes, halved


Spread about 1 teaspoon dressing into each pita half. Fill each pita pocket with equal amounts of cheese and turkey. Add 1 cucumber slice and 2 tomato halves to each pocket.


3 cups DOLE Greener Selection
2 tbsp
sesame seeds
remaining dressing


Stuff pockets with salad blend and drizzle with remaining dressing. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
