Salade du Sud-Ouest de bananes sur tostadas

Ingredients 13


1 livre bœuf haché, de poulet ou de dinde
1 paquet (1.25 oz) assaisonnement à tacos
2/3 tasse eau
banane DOLE de taille moyenne, jaune à pointes
4 tasses laitue iceberg DOLE, déchiquetée
petite tomate, coupée en dés
1/2 tasse fèves noires
1/2 tasse rains de maïs jaune
2 cuillère à soupe d’oignons verts hachés
  Le jus de 1 lime
tostadas de maïs
1/2  avocat, tranché
1/4 tasse fromage cheddar râpé




Chauffer une grande poêle sauteuse antiadhésive à feu moyen vif. Ajouter le bœuf, faire cuire 5 à 7 minutes, jusqu’à ce qu’il ne soit plus rose. Ajouter l’assaisonnement à tacos et l’eau, remuer jusqu’à ce que le bœuf en soit couvert. Ajouter la banane coupée en dés, poursuivre la cuisson 2 à 3 minutes de plus, jusqu’à ce que les bananes soient couvertes et ramollies. Réserver.



Mélanger la laitue, les tomates en dés, les fèves noires, le maïs, les oignons verts et le jus de lime dans un moyen bol. Placez les tostadas sur des assiettes individuelles. Mettre le mélange de bœuf puis ajouter le mélange de salade. Garnir le tout de tranches d’avocat et de fromage cheddar.
