Mango Maple Ginger Daiquiri Sweet and refreshing daiquiri
1/2 cup DOLE® Pineapple Juice,
1/2 cup (4oz.) dark rum,
1-1/2 cups DOLE Frozen Mango Chunks, partially thawed,
1 (1/2 inch) thick slice fresh ginger, peeled and chopped,
1/4 cup fresh lime juice,
1/4 cup (2 oz.) maple syrup,
2-1/2 cups crushed ice,
Step 1: Combine pineapple juice, rum, mango, ginger, limes and syrup in blender container. Add ice. Cover; blend until smooth.
Step 2: Pour into chilled martini glasses rimmed with equal parts superfine bar sugar and ground ginger.
