Ingredients

2 cans (6 oz. each) albacore tuna in water, drained and flaked
1/4 cup DOLE® Shredded Carrots, chopped into tiny pieces
2 large radishes, finely chopped
DOLE Green Onion, finely chopped
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 cup canola mayonnaise
8 slices whole wheat bread
1 large tomato, sliced
4 leaves DOLE Romaine Lettuce

STEP1
Ingredients

2 cans (6 oz. each) albacore tuna in water
1/4 cup DOLE Shredded Carrots, chopped into tiny pieces
2 large radishes, finely chopped
1 DOLE Green Onion, finely chopped
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 cup canola mayonnaise

Direction

Combine tuna, carrots, radishes, green onion, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Stir with a fork until thoroughly combined. Fold in the mayonnaise.

STEP2
Ingredients

8 slices whole wheat bread
1 large tomato, sliced
4 leaves DOLE Romaine Lettuce

Direction

Divide mixture among 4 slices of bread and top with sliced tomato, lettuce leaves and remaining bread slices.
