Frappé aux bananes, ananas et noix de coco

Ingredients 5


2 tasses morceaux d’ananas DOLE frais
1 tasse (8 oz) Almond Breeze vanille et à la noix de coco
bananes DOLE
1 tasse glaçons
2 cuillère à soupe noix de coco râpée et grillée




Mixer les morceaux d'ananas, le lait d'amande, les bananes, les glaçons et la noix de coco râpée jusqu'à l’obtention d’une consistance lisse.



Garnir le mélange d’ananas et noix de coco grillée, au goût.



Varier la recette en ajoutant 1/2 tasse de noix de coco au goût de rhum ou de rhum brun.
