Combine orange juice, marmalade, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic and red pepper in small bowl; set aside.

Stir together cornstarch and salt in medium bowl. Add flank steak; toss to coat well.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in wok or large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Working in batches, stir fry beef until brown and crispy, remove as cooked. Add additional oil as needed.
