Bâtonnets glacés à saveur de pouding aux bananes

Ingredients 6


bananes DOLE très mûres, écrasées
1 paquet (4 portions) mélange à pouding instantané
1 3/4 tasse ALMOND BREEZE lait à la vanille, non sucré
1/4 tasse mini pépites de chocolat
  ou de noix hachées
  de gaufrettes à la vanille écrasées (facultatif)




Combiner les bananes, le mélange à pouding et le lait d’amande dans un moyen bol. Mélanger jusqu’à ce que la texture soit homogène. Laisser épaissir pendant 5 à 10 minutes. Incorporer les mini pépites de chocolat ou le mélange de noix et de gaufrettes, au goût.



Répartir le mélange dans un moule à popsicle ou dans des gobelets en plastique. Congeler environ 1 heure ou jusqu’à ce que le mélange devienne partiellement ferme.



Insérer 1 bâton de bois au centre de chaque bâtonnet; congeler 2 heures ou plus jusqu’à ce que le tout soit ferme.
