bananas, cut in 1/4-inch cubes
ripe mango, peeled, pitted, chopped
3/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
3/4 cup (optional) jicama, chopped
1 tbsp. ginger, minced
1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh lime juice

2 bananas, cut in 1/4-inch cubes
1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and chopped
3/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
3 jalapeno peppers, seeded, chopped fine
3/4 cup jicama, peeled, chopped (optional)
1 tbsp. minced ginger
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped fine
1/4 cup fresh lime juice

Direction

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
