BBQ flavored chicken crisps baked with cheese and honey to give it just the right amount of sweetness.

Ingredients 7


2 cups cheese-flavored crackers, finely crushed
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. olive oil
1-1/2 lb. chicken tenders




Preheat oven to 350 F. Line baking sheet with foil; lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.


2 cups cheese-flavored crackers, finely crushed
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. olive oil


Mix together crackers and grated cheese in shallow dish. Stir together barbecue sauce, vinegar, honey and oil in small bowl.


1-1/2 lb. fresh chicken tenders


Generously brush chicken tenders on both sides with barbecue mixture. Roll in cracker mixture. Place on baking sheet.



Bake at 350 F., 25 minutes or until no longer pink in center.



Serve with DOLE Southwest Salad Kit.
