Asian Coleslaw Dressing Tasty coleslaw dressing that goes great with Asian cuisine.
1/4 cup vegetable oil,
1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar,
3 tbsp. creamy peanut butter,
3 tbsp. soy sauce,
2 tbsp. packed brown sugar,
2 tbsp. ginger, minced,
1 tbsp. garlic, minced,
Step 1: Whisk together all ingredients until blended.
Step 2: Toss with DOLE Colourful Coleslaw until coated, as desired; refrigerate leftovers.
