Curried Dressing: Whisk together 1/3 cup light mayonnaise, 1/3 cup plain yogurt, 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped, 2 teaspoons honey, 1 teaspoon curry powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt until well blended. Makes about 3/4 cup.
