Apple and curry make this coleslaw sweet with a kick!

Ingredients 6


1 pkg. (14 oz.) DOLE® Classic Coleslaw
1 large red apple, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 large green apple, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
ripe mango, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 cup DOLE Golden Raisins
  Curried Dressing (recipe below)



1 pkg. (14 oz.) DOLE Classic Coleslaw
1 large red apple, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 large green apple, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 ripe mango, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 cup DOLE Golden Raisins
Curried Dressing (recipe below)


Combine all ingredients in large salad bowl. Drizzle Curried Dressing to taste. Refrigerate any remaining dressing.



Curried Dressing: Whisk together 1/3 cup light mayonnaise, 1/3 cup plain yogurt, 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped, 2 teaspoons honey, 1 teaspoon curry powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt until well blended. Makes about 3/4 cup.
