A delicious, patriotic mousse for everyone to enjoy.

Ingredients 8


1 cup boiling water
2 pkg. (4 serving size each) strawberry gelatin
extra-ripe DOLE® Banana(s)
1 carton (6 oz.) strawberry yogurt
4 cups frozen nondairy whipped topping, thawed, divided
1 cup DOLE Frozen Strawberry Slices
1 cup DOLE Strawberries, sliced
  strawberry slices and blueberries, for garnish



1 cup boiling water
2 pkg. (4 serving size each) strawberry gelatin


Stir boiling water into gelatin in medium bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water and ice cubes to make 1 cup. Place in refrigerator 15 minutes or until slightly thickened.


2 extra-ripe DOLE Banana


Puree bananas in blender (1 cup).


1 carton (6 oz.) strawberry yogurt
4 cup
frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed, divided
1 cup
sliced DOLE Strawberries or DOLE Frozen Strawberry Slices


Combine yogurt and pureed bananas in large bowl. Stir gelatin mixture into banana mixture. Fold 2 cups whipped topping into gelatin mixture with sliced strawberries.



Spoon gelatin mixture into 2 qt. (11 x 7-inch) shallow baking dish. Refrigerate until firm.


Strawberry slices and blueberries, for garnish


Spread remaining 2 cups whipped topping over filling. Arrange additional strawberry slices on whipped topping for flag stripes. Arrange blueberries on whipped topping for stars.
