Castle & Cooke, Inc., former parent company of Dole Food Company, operates the Dole Plantation. It is open every day of the year except Christmas and is located 25 miles north of Honolulu on the island of Oahu. Visitors can purchase items such as DOLE logo items, pineapple candy, pineapple knives, chocolate covered pineapple, macadamia nuts, our own Waialua Brand coffee and Plantation Brand Chocolates. The plantation does accept phone orders, or visit their website and order online.
The Shops at Cannery Square

The Shops at Cannery Square, located approximately four miles from both Honolulu International Airport and Waikiki, is housed in a part of the former Dole Pineapple cannery operations, which closed in 1993. The cannery property has been converted into an office and retail complex, including Signature Theatres' 18-screen state-of-the-art multiplex theater and Home Depot. Exhibits and memorabilia throughout the shops help tell the Dole story.
Take Nimitz Highway from Honolulu International Airport or Ala Moana Boulevard from Waikiki and turn up Pacific Street towards Iwilei Road to parking for The Shops at Cannery Square. Be sure to visit Joan's "Pineapples to Go" store.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide product stickers to the many people who request them. When we run a sticker offer, they are usually found inside specially-marked products.
What is a UPC or Proof of Purchase?
UPC stands for "Universal Product Code." It is the bar code found on the package featuring several vertical lines with numbers underneath them. The grocery checkout scanner reads this information to determine the price, size, brand and product variety. UPCs are often used as "proof of purchase" qualifiers for special offers and promotions.
Why are cash register receipts required for some promotions?
Promotional offers are meant to sell a certain amount of product within a specified time period. Dole and many other companies require participants to submit cash register receipts for offers to insure that product is being sold during the time of the offer. Additionally, refunding clubs exchange UPC/purchase seals so they can be submitted for an offer without the consumer having purchased the products. Requiring cash register receipts from participants makes the offer fair to everyone.
Will a photocopy of my cash register receipt be accepted?
Unless otherwise indicated in the rules of the offer, clear photocopies of cash register receipts are acceptable. We suggest that you circle the store name, date of purchase and the Dole products you purchase as qualifiers for the offer.
Can I send a photocopy of the official mail-in certificate or order form?
Unless otherwise indicated in the rules of the promotion, a photocopy of the official mail-in certificate is acceptable.
How do I obtain another order form?
Check your store for specially-marked packages or tearpads featuring the offer. Occasionally, we run promotional offers in the coupon section of the Sunday newspaper.
May I submit more than one request per envelope?
Submission of multiple requests in one envelope is normally not permitted. When it is allowed, it is specified in the rules of the offer.
Do I have to pay a "postage and handling" fee for each item or is it for each order?
Unless otherwise indicated in the rules, the amount of money required for "postage and handling" is for each item, not each order.
Why do I have to wait up to eight weeks to receive a coupon or an item I ordered from a Dole promotion?
Most mail-in offers require an eight week waiting period because several things happen before your coupon or premium item can be mailed. These would include:
• Transit time to the mailing house via the U.S. Postal Service
• The opening & processing of thousands of requests
• Deposit of any checks
• Confirmation of check clearances by the bank
• Mail out of coupon or premium item
• Transit time to your home via the U.S. Postal Service
If I sent a check for an offer over eight weeks ago and it hasn't cleared the bank, what does this mean?
It is likely the mailing house never received your order.
